These Terms and Conditions tells you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

>>Purchasing from us

To purchase from us you must be over 18 years and above. By submitting your purchase order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto shipping lines/couriers and other subcontractors). My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address below.

My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the sales contract is made. Buyer/Importrs do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

>>Delivery

My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper aim to deliver goods to you within 12-18 working days but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. We don’t take payment until we are ready to dispatch your good. Accepted payments methods; Bank Transfer, PayPal, WU, MG, Cheque.

>>Complaints

My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us at sales@mya4paper.com to enable us handle your query accordingly and rectify any misunderstanding.

My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper will acknowledge all questions and/or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours.

>>Damaged or Defective Goods

My A4 Paper MALAYSIA Paper will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.

>>Payment Terms

All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer directly to seller account, the order will ship after the payment received in our bank account, and to handle any misunderstanding both of sales and customer during or after payment, please you contact us through phone/email.

An email must be send to us with the scan proof of the payment slip by your bank, so we can released your order immediately to shipped. Buyer(s) are responsible for all bank transfer fees, shipping costs and insurance (IF PURCHASING ON FOB ONLY). we will ship your order once your payment is received. (Please note that we cannot accept payment by Amex, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro except for local orders). NB: There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
